Chicago marathon raffle

If you’ve missed recent updates, we’re excited to tell you that a team of runners representing I CANcer is headed North this Fall to run the Bank Of America Chicago Marathon®! As we saw when our Founder Matt Cotcher completed the Austin Marathon, there is inspiration and empowerment that comes from patients and survivors tackling physical challenges – that’s what I CANcer is about!

We  will be leveraging the publicity that comes from having a brain tumor survivor running a marathon to raise money for the benefit other survivors. Our runners are promoting brain tumor awareness by participating on Team I CANcer, and we’re also raising funds for the LIVESTRONG Foundation. Read more

I CANcer Team to run Chicago Marathon

On Monday, May 20, Hawktober announced plans for a team of runners to represent the “I CANcer” initiative at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon®. At least four runners will take part in the 26.2 mile effort, including Hawktober founder Matt Cotcher. Read more
